The Problem
Jodo's old site failed to communicate its value to school administrators in seconds. Bounce rate was high; the product's depth was buried behind generic SaaS copy.
The Solution
A complete marketing site redesign — clear value hierarchy, social proof front and centre, and a visual language that felt authoritative yet approachable for school principals and finance administrators.

School administrators are not a typical SaaS audience. They're busy, skeptical of technology, and need immediate answers: Does this work for my school? Is it safe? What does it cost? Every design decision started with these questions.

We led with logos of well-known schools and real numbers (₹500 Cr+ processed, 3000+ schools). Case study pull-quotes appeared above the fold. The pricing section was the clearest in the industry — no hidden fees, no asterisks.

Clean dark backgrounds with orange accents gave Jodo a premium, trustworthy feel — distinct from the generic light-blue SaaS aesthetic. Dashboard UI illustrations showed the actual product, not abstract blobs.

Every CTA mapped to a specific intent: school admins got a 'Book Demo' flow, parents got a 'Pay Fees' shortcut. Reduced the number of navigation items from 12 to 5. Conversion rate on demo bookings improved significantly.
