The Problem
MSMEs had no idea that automated payment collection existed. The landing page needed to do heavy lifting: educate, build trust, and convert business owners who still used WhatsApp for collections.
The Solution
A landing page built around the MSME's day — their pain, their customers, their follow-up headaches — and showing exactly how Collect eliminates each one.

The word 'MSME' itself can feel alienating. We used language the actual users used: 'jewellers', 'distributors', 'traders'. The hero copy didn't say 'automated receivables' — it said 'Stop chasing payments'. Same meaning, completely different resonance.

Each feature section was anchored to a specific frustration: 'Forgot who owes what?' → Ledger. 'Awkward to call customers?' → Auto reminders. 'No proof of payment?' → Instant receipts. Problem first, solution second.

UPI Autopay and NACH are new concepts for most MSMEs. The site included an explainer section with step-by-step visuals showing exactly how money moves — no bank jargon, just clear flow diagrams.

95% of the target audience browses on mobile. The entire page was designed on a 390px canvas first, then adapted up. Every tap target passed accessibility size checks.
