The Problem
A3 Home Interiors was a well-regarded Bangalore studio with beautiful work but a dated, template-looking website that undersold their craft and made lead generation difficult.
The Solution
A premium website that let the portfolio do the talking — rich full-bleed imagery, project showcases, and an enquiry flow optimised for high-intent visitors.

Interior design websites live or die by photography. I restructured the entire site around the project portfolio — full-width hero images, immersive project pages, and a gallery that loaded fast enough not to lose impatient visitors.

Warm cream and dark walnut tones. Sparse, editorial typography. Generous whitespace. The goal was for the site to feel as considered as the interiors A3 designs — not a generic white-background template.

The old site had a single 'Contact' page buried in the nav. The redesign put a persistent 'Book a Consultation' CTA in the header, floating call buttons on mobile, and a quick-quote form on every service page.

Optimised all portfolio images with WebP compression and lazy loading. Added structured data markup for local business. The site hit a 95+ Lighthouse score on mobile — rare for image-heavy design portfolios.
